However, we understand there may be instances where that is just not the case. So, in order to maintain excellence in customer satisfaction we have created a very lenient return policy, which is as follows:
Returns for Loyalty Customers or Non‐Loyalty Customers with a Receipt:
A full refund will be issued via the original payment form; customer can choose the balance on a store gift card, if preferred.
Returns for Non‐Loyalty Customers without a Receipt:
Only items that are unopened and in sellable condition can be returned without a receipt.
The balance of the refund will be issued on a store gift card.
Kindred Market reserves the right to refuse a return under extraordinary instances.
